Your puppy comes with a health guarantee, vet check, de-worming schedule, and
current vaccinations.

All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs
of infection, contagious or any type of disease when purchased. We guarantee the
puppy to be free of any LIFE THREATENING congenital defect for 1 year from date
of birth.

Puppies that are shipped are at risk for Coccidia and Kennel cough which is
common in puppies that are shipped and is usually caused by bacteria.  Kennel
cough is self limiting and like the common cold it has to work its course.  Full
recovery is expected and kennel cough on its own is not life threatening.  So if you
plan to have your puppy shipped instead of picking it up you need to be aware of
this.

A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within 48 hours of delivery.  If
there is a problem our veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a
replacement puppy will be given.  There will be no cash or credit refunds.  We offer
replacement puppies only. If you fail to have your puppy checked by a licensed
veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery, we the seller assumes no further
responsibility.  Buyer agrees to keep shots and de-worming up to date.-- Failure to
do so can be fatal to your puppy.

We must be notified at once at the onset of the problem, in writing with a report
from the veterinarian if the puppy is proven to have a LIFE THREATENING,
congenital defect within 1 year from date of birth and is returned to us, all shipping
charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If a puppy is being returned for any health warranty claim you must also return all
registration papers. Registration papers must be signed transferring ownership
back to us.  T & M Bulldogs will not be held responsible for any accrued charges
after the sale is final.  Guarantee is not valid in case of accidental death or fatal
injury.

A returned puppy must be in good condition when we get it back.

Buyer is responsible for transportation cost to and from us.

Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and be from
comparable bloodlines.  It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be
from the exact parents of the original puppy. HOWEVER, it is our desire to please
and we will work with our buyer to ensure satisfaction.

All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the
purchaser and under no circumstances will be paid by us.

There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, allergies,
thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are
not covered by this guarantee.

This puppy is warranted only for the purpose of being a family pet.  NO warranty is
represented for special functions of breeding or showing regardless of show
breeding potential.

This guarantee is valid only for the original buyer and puppy, it is not transferable.

We accept a $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT that will hold the puppy you
select until ready for placement.  The remaining balance is due by 7weeks old
unless other written agreements have been made.

DO NOT take your puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary until the
puppy has had all of its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian to
ensure immunity against disease).

Picking up a bulldog by his front paws or legs or rough pulling on their legs or hips
can cause a dislocation of the puppy's hips or legs.

Bulldogs love water but are not swimmers, please protect them with a properly
fitted dog life jacket when around water.  They love a small kiddie pool with shallow
water to play in.

We want to provide you with a pet that will be a family companion for years to

NOTE: There is no guarantee on the color or size of puppy now or as an adult.
